Returns & Refunds Policy

Wolfun Gear is currently in pre-launch. The Wolfun Waterproof Cooler Backpack is available by preorder reservation and is not currently in stock.

Preorder Deposit Refunds

Your $10 preorder deposit is fully refundable before your final balance is paid. To cancel your reservation and request a refund, contact us through the contact page using the same email address used at checkout.

Final Balance

Before shipping, we will email you to collect the remaining $69 balance plus $12.95 flat-rate U.S. shipping. Once the final balance has been paid and your order has entered fulfillment, the deposit is no longer refundable as a separate reservation deposit.

If The First Batch Does Not Launch

If we are unable to move forward with the first production batch, your $10 deposit will be refunded.

Returns After Delivery

Because this is a first-batch preorder product, return instructions will be provided before final payment is collected. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
